SALEN has the advantage of being in the middle of Mull half way btween Craignure (port of entry) and Tobermory.so ideal for exploration of the many walks in the forests and island hills, The Sound of Mull is just up the road where seals can be seen and the island has now a huge reputation for wildlife of all kinds especially seaand golden eagles.There are some splendid beaches and a variety of safari and boat trips are available not to mention sea and trout fishing The scenery is superb and bike hire is available locally. Mull has a range of excellent restaurants and the local pub is only a few metres away from your base.
